It also undertakes development of training programs and preparation of live case studies for a number of management schools at Kolkata. Sayantan also organises study circle so as to update itself regularly with the changes that are taking place in its sphere of activities by inviting senior level managers from the corporate sector and faculties of Management institutes to share their views and also deliver lectures on various areas.
